Each order is unique and personalized. I do not keep inventory on hand unless stated otherwise.
Your books are printed to order, signed, and shipped directly to you, making each order a truly special experience.
Please allow up to 8-12 weeks to receive your order. Although I may order items immediately, I am at the mercy of the printer and the time it takes to print and ship them. Additionally, hardcovers and paperbacks are typically shipped separately, even when ordered together.
Please plan for an extended wait if you opt for hardcover books. Once shipped, you will receive all tracking information.
How long is the shipping process?
Any items set-up as a pre-order are are work-in-progress and incomplete. Opting to order means agreeing to wait until the the work is completed and shipped. This includes pre-order boxes, or single novels.
How do pre-orders work?
eBooks are delivered via BookFunnel after purchase. Please ensure you check your spam box or search help@bookfunnel.com in your email search bar.
How will I receive an eBook?
Once a package is shipped, the title and the risk of loss pass to you. This means that you are responsible for the package once it is in transit. Please note that shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. As a small, growing business, packages will be replaced only in extreme cases.
